Salt Creek Obedience

Training will be daily, weather and temperature permitting. Dogs enjoy an individual covered run with Purina® provided once a day and fresh cool water is always available. 

 

Our program outline includes;

 

· 1^st week on leash commands

 

· 2^nd week we move to a 50' line

 

· 3^rd week is off leash.  (At the end of the 3rd week we schedule a visit for you to practice handling using the commands learned. )

 

· 4^th week we focus on weaker areas and at the end of training you will come out and do the same handling exercise. (This offers a positive transition from us back to you.)

Our in kennel program lasts approximately 4 weeks and includes our Boarding Plus options. It is intended for pups six to eighteen months old. We concentrate training on sit, heel, stay, come and kennel commands both on and off leash.

 

Dogs who have a solid obedience education are a joy to live with-they respond well and have good manners in the presence of people and other dogs. They fully enjoy the company of the owner who took the time to provide training, intellectual stimulation, and a high quality life.

 

We hope this will be only a beginning for you and your dog and you'll continue training in our gun, herding or companion dog programs.
