Yes! When your reservation request has been confirmed we will email you the link to use your credit card online or you may pay at our office on arrival.

Our kennels are covered to protect from weather and for your dogs security. Although not climate controlled our kennels offer shade, cool water, and circulating air. We understand our kennels are not suited for all dogs. If your dog is not acclimatized to the outdoors you should consider another facility. |

What is an “open air” kennel? |
|
We do not kennel dogs during a hurricane evacuation. Owners are required to pick up their dogs well in advance and make other arrangements. |

Can I kennel my dog if I evacuate during a Hurricane? |

Yes, request a reservation in 3 easy steps. Click on Step 1 to review our Rates. Continue with Step 2 to view our Boarding Policy and then Step 3 to request your reservation. |

We ask for the first few weeks to restrain from visiting, this will allow the dog to cooperate and more readily accept the learning environment. After learning is underway and basic commands have been established we will arrange for you to visit during a training session. |

It is ok to bring a non-porous toy when your dog is boarded. When we exercise your dog we can include the toy. |
|
Because we are licensed and inspected by the Georgia Department of Agriculture, you will need proof of vaccinations. We provide the food, water, shelter and entertainment. |

When my dog is staying for training is it ok to visit? |

Do I need a reservation? |

While we do board over weekends & holidays, we are not available on Sundays or the following Holidays for drop off or pickup – New Year’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. |

Are you open on Sunday? |

We offer discounts on boarding only. Please see our Rates page for the boarding discounts available.

Can I get a discount on training? |
|
At this time we do not offer group play. However, dogs from the same household will be exercised together. A staff member is always available to interact and play with your dog during exercise.

Will my dog be able to play with other dogs? |
|
Many questions not addressed here can be answered in our Boarding Policy, which must be read and agreed to prior to requesting a reservation. |
